Before you ask
Anyone who can create a post, change a publish date or move a card between columns. Approving a draft, leaving a comment and looking at the calendar are all free — so your CEO, your legal reviewer and your three stakeholders cost you nothing.
A person is only ever billed once, even if they are in five client workspaces.
You are charged pro rata from the day they accept the invite, on your next invoice. Remove someone and the unused portion becomes credit — we do not make you wait until renewal, and we do not refuse to shrink your plan.
Studio and Agency have no hard limit. Solo is one editor by design — invite a second person and Plotline offers to move you to Studio at the pro-rata difference. It will not silently upgrade you or lock your board; the invite just waits until you say yes.
14 days on Studio, all features, no card. On day 15 the board becomes read-only rather than deleted — you keep viewing and exporting until you decide. We email you on day 10 and day 13, and that is the entire sales process.
Yes — CSV from Sheets or Airtable, or paste a block of rows straight onto the board. Plotline maps date, channel, owner and status columns and shows you the result before it commits anything. Most teams are looking at their real September inside five minutes.
