Drag a post between columns and its deadline follows it. Move something into Scheduled without an approver and Plotline blocks it — that is the whole trick.
Month view is read-only for anyone outside the team, so you can send a client the link on Friday without granting them edit rights to your board.
One approver per post, one round by default. If nobody responds in 24 hours Plotline nudges them, then escalates to the campaign owner.

How a post moves
Three states. No committee.
Draft it
Write in Plotline or paste from wherever you already write. The post carries its channel, its campaign and its publish slot from the moment it exists.
Route it
Pick one approver. They get one notification with the draft in it — not a link to a link. Comments are anchored to the line they are about.
Ship it
Approved posts drop into their slot and turn green on the board. Anything without an approver simply cannot reach Scheduled.
